The Residential Sales Manager at Beard Roofing is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Door-to-Door sales representatives, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role focuses on driving sales performance, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader with a competitive spirit, dedicated to achieving sales goals and promoting career growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Door-to-Door sales reps to hit and exceed their targets.
• Set clear sales goals, track progress, and celebrate victories (big and small).
• Stay up to date with industry trends and keep the team informed and motivated.
• Memorize and recite sales scripts and statements prepared and provided by the employer
• Recruit, train, onboard and mentor new Canvassers

Please note: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid driver’s license

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $50k base – plus commission $100k – $250k earning potential per year

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
