Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Multi-Family Exterior Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on exterior repairs, maintenance, inspections, and service work for apartment complexes, condominiums, townhomes, and HOA-managed communities.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior service and repair work on multi-family properties

• Diagnose and repair roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and exterior damage

• Complete minor carpentry and waterproofing repairs

• Conduct property inspections and document findings with photos and notes

• Communicate professionally with property managers, residents, and internal staff

• Safely operate ladders, lifts, and basic construction equipment

• Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and materials

• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

• Complete service tickets and reports accurately and on time

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior construction experience preferred

• Multi-family or apartment maintenance experience is a plus

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred Experience

• Roofing repairs (shingle, metal, flat roofing)

• Siding and trim repair

• Gutter installation and repair

• Leak diagnostics

• Exterior punch-list and warranty work
