A 1996 graduate of Vincennes University with a degree in Building Material Marketing, JJ has built a career rooted in excellence and innovation. Before founding Beard Roofing and Exteriors, JJ successfully grew and managed a local contracting business, driving its annual revenue to over $23 million.
Beyond professional achievements, JJ is deeply committed to family and community. Married to Valerie, his high school sweetheart, for 23 years,JJ is a proud parent of three children and an active participant in their activities. A dedicated volunteer for more than a decade, JJ has served as a coach and is actively involved in church initiatives, demonstrating a passion for giving back and fostering connections
